The Google Pixel 5 series is rumored to be released in October. Google is expected to place pre-orders in early October earlier than its launch. However, given the Covid-19 pandemic, a change in launch time is possible.
The first leak regarding the Pixel 5 series comes from 9to5Google, stating that the Google Camera app from the Pixel 4a unit which was not released at that time, will be coming to the Pixel 5.
Reportedly, the Pixel 5 will most likely come with a dual camera system (with a 5X wide lens, rear camera with a 12.2MP sensor).
Launching from Phone Arena, other specifications, Pixel 5 will use Snapdragon 765G or maybe Snapdragon 768G. Snapdragon 765G is also a chip that supports 5G connectivity. So you won't significantly sacrifice connection speed.
In this series, the company also improves power efficiency, by providing a larger battery size. Better than its predecessor, the Pixel 5 will have a 4,000 mAh battery.
The Pixel 5 will be supported by a 5.8-inch OLED screen for the Pixel 5 and a 6.1-inch or 6.3-inch OLED screen for the Google Pixel 5 XL (roughly the size of Google Pixel 4a 5G) and also has 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
