According to a report published in the International Health Journal 'Environmental Health Perspective, the blue light of the smartphone increases the chance of breast cancer and prostate cancer. Not only a smartphone, doctors can also say that the blue LED lighting of a tablet or laptop can be such.

Especially in the dark room, smartphone lighting will greatly increase the likelihood of breast and prostate cancer. Men's contact with blue LED light in closed dark room increases the likelihood of prostate cancer. Not only Gadgets, Street lighting in dark streets can also increase the chances of cancer.

Before publishing the results of this research, researchers surveyed 4,000 adults in Spain.

The doctors said that due to this light, a hormone called melatonin was released from the brain. This hormone emits from the pineal gland. This hormone helps in maintaining balance between sleep and wakefulness.
