Nokia resurrected its work last year on January 8, when it introduced its first smartphone for a long time - Nokia 6 . A year later the company produces an improved version.
The new Nokia 6 removed the touch keys under the display, replacing them with soft buttons, and the fingerprint scanner was moved to the back of the case. To highlight that this is a new smartphone, around the fingerprint scanner and the camera module have made edging of copper color in black and lilac in a white smartphone.
The main camera received a sensor with a resolution of 16 megapixels and a lens with an aperture of f / 2.0. The front camera has a resolution of 8 megapixels and the same aperture f / 2.0, the lens has a wide viewing angle of 84 degrees.
The display did not change - the same diagonal is 5.5 inches and the resolution is Full HD. The processor for entry-level devices Snapdragon 430, which was the old Nokia 6, was replaced by the more advanced Snapdragon 630. As the system uses Android 7.1.1 Nougat, in the near future promise to upgrade to Android 8.0 Oreo.
The old micro-USB connector was replaced with a modern USB Type-C. Added a second microphone for recording surround sound with OZO Audio technology. There is a slot for two SIM cards or for one SIM card and microSD memory card.
Price
The new smartphone Nokia 6 will go on sale at the same price - 1,499 yuan or about 13 thousand rubles for the model with 32 GB of memory. Also there is a model with 64 GB of memory for 1699 yuan (15 thousand rubles). While the launch of sales is announced only for China and only on January 10 pre-order will open. The company did not report about the device's exit to other markets.
