How's your Saturday so far? I'd like to show you a photo of a lechon. Lechon, a whole roasted young pig, is a must for Filipino grand celebrations like Christmas, birthdays, weddings etc. This picture was taken when I attended the birthday party of my fiancee's mother in her province. It was really crispy and delicious because of the secret ingredients. Have you every tried lechon? If not yet, don't miss it!
