Several years ago we lived near huge sprawling bushes of honeysuckle growing on fences telephone poles and just along the road. One of the properties of honeysuckle, other than just the sweetness from the flower, was it’s inflammatory fighting properties .They are easy to gather but take quite a while to gather in large numbers. The benefit is that they smell wonderful the downside is you have to fight bees. So gathering thousands of flowers in a colander bringing them inside and then infusing them to make iced tea and hot tea for my wife and for just a general good taste.
You see when fighting lupus, fibromyalgia, and other autoimmune diseases that have inflammatory symptoms, everything in nature that can be gotten organically, free from pesticides, artificial fertilizers, it’s a great help.
