Thanks Matt! They aren't as bad as you think, in fact there aren't many steps at all, but it comes down to precision, with everything! So it takes a while to get the oven temp right etc !

I made 200 for my sisters wedding last year, they had coconut and pineapple, blueberry cheesecake, rasperry jam and lemon ones! It was a huge effort to make that many, I nearly gave up a few times but was so happy I did it in the end!
