Hello friends, this is my participation, for the subject of smartphotocontest week 7

Shrimp

This is a shrimp rubbed with parmesan cheese on a Cesar salad. Shrimp, also known as shrimp or shearing. It belongs to the Caridea family. It is a decapod crustacean, which can inhabit fresh and salt water.

Shrimp are a good source of high quality protein and are low in fat and calories. Regarding the nutritional aspect, shrimp is a food with an important contribution of iodine, vitamin B12, cholesterol, vitamin E, selenium, proteins and water.
