Would love to get more info on the dust votes.
The relevant part to be considered dust is the rshares the vote will "create"and not the voting weight per se, right?

    AFAIK rshares below 50000 won't be counted. This includes those low SP (e.g. 20SP) 0.01% votes, which are actually pretty useless and are just bloating the blockchain.
