Ingredients - milk, raspberry, honey. Blender course. A few minutes - and a glass full of vitamins and energy.
Yum! Looks delicious. I just started a juice/smoothie cleanse and needed a recipe for pre workouts. Will try this out!

O, sure! It's simple. Approximately 200 ml. milk, one tablespoon of honey and a handful raspberries. All the mix on the blender.
