Frozen blueberries 4 tablespoons
Frozen blackberries 7.5 tablespoons
Frozen strawberries 7.5 pieces
Bananas 1.5 pieces
Soy milk 4 tablespoons
Green tea 7.5 tablespoons
3 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the cranberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, sliced banana, freshly brewed and chilled green tea, with milk and honey. Whisk until smooth and pour into glasses. Serve immediately.
