Blueberry & Pineapple Mojito Smoothie:
Frozen Pineapple - 1 cup
Pineapple Juice - ½ cup
Frozen Banana - ¼ cup
Frozen Blueberries - ¼ cup
Water – ¼ cup
Mint - 10-12 leaves
- Blend frozen DOLE® pineapple, ¼ cup DOLE® pineapple juice half the mint, water, and ice
- Then blend together, or separately to create a swirl layer!
- Garnish with pineapple leaves and DOLE® frozen blueberries
- Pour/ladle the smoothie into a single glass. Garnish and serve!
Pineapple & Banana Froyo Colada:
Frozen pineapple - 1 cup
Pineapple Juice - ½ cup
Frozen banana - ¼ cup
Vanilla Greek yogurt - ½ cup
Coconut milk – 3/4 cup
- Blend all in a blender
- Serve in a highball glass and garnish with pineapple leaves & grated coconut
Pineapple & Ginger Daiquiri Smoothie:
Frozen Pineapple - 1 cup
Lime Juice – 5 tsp
Fresh Ginger - 1 tsp, grated
Pineapple Juice - 150ml / ⅔ cup
Vanilla Greek Yogurt - ½ cup
- Blend all in a blender
- Serve in a highball glass and garnish with pineapple leaves & ginger
