  1. Frozen fruit. USE IT, if you have it or PREP AHEAD in preparation for it
  2. If you can, blend frozen and fresh fruit together for maximum flavor and crispness. (make sure you don't put ice if you already have frozen fruit)
  3. YOGURT!!!!
    Literally, the best thing ever. It has all the sugar and consistency you could want, perfectly rationed in the servings
    you want it for
