Apcnsilmic's Dot 1 is a reasonable Windows 11 snapdragon mini pc for Arm powered by way of a Snapdragon 7c processor. It is a Windows Application Developer PC Alternative for Arm ECS LIVA Mini Box QC710 Desktop Snapdragon 7c.

The Dot 1 Mini PC includes up to 8GB RAM, up to 256GB internal storage, dual HDMI output, and 4G LTE connectivity. All this gels a slim case (the exact dimensions are not specified by the manufacturer).

The snapdragon mini pc comes with a 12V power adapter, HDMI cable, WiFi and 4G antennas (for 4G models), user manual and monitor mount. Windows 11 Arm is pre-installed, but it's an unlicensed version. Users must obtain a Windows license from Apsilmic or Microsoft in order to activate the OS.

The Apcsilmic Dot 1 Mini PC with Windows 11 can be acquired starting at $229 with 4GB RAM, 32GB flash, and no 4G LTE. The $309 model includes 8GB RAM, 128GB eMMC flash, and 4G LTE connectivity.
