It's a rare opportunity for me to be part of an organization(a big and a growing one) where in fact I'm just an ordinary steemian promoting steemit, supporting other steemians with my very little influence and helping in building a community involving different personas inside. I am talking about the @sndbox, a community of steemians with great minds and influence, with back-up investors.

SndBox (pronounced as sandbox) is founded by @voronoi and @hansikhouse. Sndbox is a steemit incubator. It mainly focuses in building digital and physical creative community through the power of Steemit and STEEM Blockchain.

Sndbox Recruits, Coaches, and Empowers

The @sndbox and its core members and founders recruit creative steemians with unique ability and style in promoting and contributing social and personal content in Steemit and to the entire communities and sub-communities. They are also open to new members in Steemit for teaching and enhancing their creativity and thinking skills.

They will be happy enough to see minnows grow and become dolphins in the future by rewarding them for their extraordinary contribution of strong content.

Lastly, @sndbox empowers impacting initiatives and ideas from fellow sndbox members for their individual goals in promoting steemit, creating large scale audience and engagements and providing innovative technology(digital or physical) that can revolutionize growth and independence. Empowering means giving more support by recruiting and coaching. It will be a bond of different ideas infused as one, and I think, for me, that's SndBox.

Why am I here?

Well, I really don't know about what's with @donkeypong's mind. But, as far as I remember, I opened something to him before(a proposal) about creating a steemit hub in our place that I thought it hasn't been proposed in the past months in Steemit. And I'm wrong, because I don't know that @sndbox exists that time. He introduced @sndbox to me for the integration of my initiatives.

Too much history to be uncovered I guess.

I just want to say thank you for another opportunity and a hard challenge given to me by @donkeypong, Tom.

The real reasons why I'm here in sndbox are:

• First, The Proposed Steemit Hub-- The same with @stach and @tach, Philippines' first Steemit Hub will be called SteemPH Cebu Accelerator Hub.
  This has been in my mind for a month long already. I've already discussed this to my fellow PHcurator and a friend of mine, @jassennessaj and with Mr. @donkeypong(that's why I'm here to experience this sndbox's empowerment thing).
  The benefits of this idea are as massive as promoting steemit thru explorations, meet-ups and travelling but with faster and convenient way of executing.
  Our University Campaign was an excellent campaign but when integration comes, sharing the good of steemit will result into greater outcomes. Other than that, putting this initiative into a reality will boost the promotion of steemit in the entire province of Cebu.

• Second, Campaigns,campaigns,campaigns-- The first one is also a campaign, a physical campaign for Steemit. Now, this one is a digital or an online campaign. There have been so much advertisments already about steemit that were scattered in thr world of internet. But Filipinos are still skeptical about these beautiful and promising ads of Steemit or more to say, they are not easily convince about the good of steemit without proper knowledge about it and what's really behind of this selfless platform.
  I have this initiative of creating a long-term advertisments about Steemit which will be in a form of Filipino Literature and here I am in SndBox in need for their empowerment.

All campaigns will be discussed thoroughly in the near future and the funding will be transparent enough not just to the supporters but also to the community I belong with--Filipino Community.

• Last is about Personal Growth-- Personal growth will be break down into two: "I wanna be a better man, a better version of myself in every goal I will achieve" and "a better steemian, a much more hardworking dolphin and a hopeful whale in the future".

I wanna grow more as a writer who initially doesn't possessed any characteristic of a writer. A skillful person with healthier mind and body and an influencer who does not take something in return but a simple "thank you". I know myself more than anyone else and I know my capabilities but learning is still an ongoing education for me to develop my relationship personally and to others.
I'm a steemian(always sounded like an alien) therefore I want to have an upgrade of myself, from being a small fish(now we're talking about marine animals) to that undiscoverable creature below the deepest part of the ocean.
Above all, I am here in SndBox for their promise of Empowerment.
