A very very Happy Eid Ul Fitr to all... May Almighty Showers All the Blessings...Keeps us healthy , wealthy and wise.
Eid is celebrated all over the world by Muslims. It marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan. After fasting whole month of Ramadan Eid comes with festive mood as a gift for the Muslims.
In this festive season desert is a must. So here I came with eid special Kheer Korma recipe. I am starting my eid sharing this recipe.
Ingredients
Water 3 liter
Milk Powder 600 grams
Sugar 600 grams
Almond 150 grams
Pistachio 50 grams
Saffron 5 grams
Lal Shemai 250 grams
Sagu dana 150 grams
How To Prepare:
First, Add the milk powder and water. Then let it come to boil.
Then, Soak the sago dana in water for 10 minutes. Boil the almonds and pistachios. Peel off them. Crush and chop finely.
After the milk comes into boil put sugar, saffron, crushed almonds pistachios , sagu dana. Saute the lal shemai in 1 table spoon ghee then mix with the milk.
Let it to be cook in low flame for 20 minutes as far as it comes to medium thickness.
Then pour it in small bowls and serve the delicious eid special kheer korma.
