Pakistan secured Gold and Silver medals in the first SAARC Snooker Championship in Dhaka.

In the all-Pakistan final, Asjad Iqbal beat compatriot Mohammad Bilal and clinched the gold medal.

In the thrilling final. Asjad Iqbal got victory by 7-6 frames.

Earlier, the Pakistani players outperformed the Indian competitors in the semi-finals.
