The material needed to make a snowball
To make a DIY snow globe, you will need:

A plastic or ceramic figurine (we insist that the figurine or decor placed in the jar must be plastic, to avoid deterioration or rust)
Glycerin (or alternatively, cane sugar syrup or baby oil, the main thing is that the liquid is viscous)
Jam pot, or other hermetic jar
Epoxy glue
sequins
Water
Make a snowball: DIY steps
To begin, you must prepare your pot. Make sure it is tight so there is no leak once your snow globe is complete. Wash both inside and out, remove labels and any glue residue. Dry your pot.

Here are for example several containers that can perfectly suit to make a snowball:

Then comes the moment to stick your figurine or decor. If needed, you can enhance your character or other object with a plastic holder that you will stick on the lid of your pot. Be careful, make sure your decor is not too wide and that it fits well in the pot. Attach all the elements to each other and to the lid of your pot thanks to the epoxy glue, which will withstand the water. Let dry well so that the glue takes completely before putting it in water.

Fill your water pot almost completely while your lid and glue dry together, and add glycerine. The more glycerine you put in, the more glitter will fall slowly. Also add the glitter you want, in the colors and quantities you want.

Finally, insert the decor or figurine glued to the lid in the jar, then close it gently. Tighten well. That's it, your homemade snow globe is ready!
