My Nan is a 64 year old retired teacher who’s favourite thing is cooking for her grand children. She has many fantastic recipes but in my opinion her best one is her famous snowballs! So I would like to share them with everyone on steemit hope you enjoy!! UPVOTE-FOLLOW-RESTEEM
Ingredients,
2cups— of sugar
1cup— of milk
6tbsp— of coco
1cup— of butter
2 1/2— of coconut
2 1/2— of rolled oats
1tbsp— of vanilla
And extra coconut(for rolling)
Snowballs recipe,
Combine sugar, milk, coco and butter in a saucepan; and bring to a boil for 5 minuets. Turn off the burner add vanilla, coconut and rolled oats. Cool completely then roll into balls then roll it through the extra coconut.
Nans special tip,
Use fresh milk not condensed and use eversweet margine to make the snowballs more moist and soft.
