Manchester City suffered a shocking defeat at the hands of Leicester, as a late strike from Ricardo Pereira saw the game taken away from them.
City started the game positively, as they were looking to bounce back from their defeat against Crystal Palace. City took the lead in the 14th minute, after Bernardo was played through by Sergio Aguero and went on to score.
Leicester however we're not out of the game, as they leveled the scoring just 5 minutes after Man City's goal. Vardy sending a cross into the Man City box and Albrighton heading it in at close range.
Man City created a good number of chances in the remaining minutes of the first half, but Leicester City's defence kept holding strong and denying Man City any goals.
City dominated the second half, holding most of the possession but not being able to convert their chances. City were later made to pay for their wastage less than 10 minutes from full time, as Ricardo released a fierce shot into the top left corner to put Man City one goal behind. Delph was later shown a straight red card by the referee after committing a foul, just adding to City's problems.
City who had previously suffered a 3-2 loss to Crystal Palace, seem to have lost their form and have suffered a decrease in performance.
Their loss against Leicester now puts them at the third position in the Premier League, with Liverpool at the top leading them by 7 points, and Spurs coming from behind to claim the second position with a 1 point lead.
