Is this the worst own goal ever?

Minnesota United keeper, Sammy Ndjock commited one of the worst soccer crimes you can commit, throwing the ball in to his own goal by accident

Already one nil down, this didn't help his team at all. The final result was four nil to the Premiership outfit Bournemouth
