It seems people are no longer checking their Facebook and the need for connecting and communicating over a unified, transparent and ethically managed platform in respect to users’ data is still present. 

 An oversaturation of options to communicate online is available nowadays. Yet they all have the same basic flaws. 

 This is where we come in. HiLynk provides a solution for our clients leveraging two core aspects of our business and having them act in a symbiotic fashion to provide optimal value for our clients. The HiLynk platform will deliver two distinct platforms which will function exclusively from one another, while at the same time bridging our two client communities, leveraging one another to optimize user experience and engagement.

Our mission with HiLynk is to become the most complete all-in-one solution to messaging and social media management via empowering our users beyond the restrictions of different and distinct social media platforms.

HiLynk will plan to release both a personal and business application which will (although targeted towards separate markets) work synergistically to support the continued growth and success of one another.

Current enterprise tools rely on customer input data, offering platforms to consolidate information but do not offer any true insights or data to aid the customer, making the customer 100% dependant on their own efforts.

HiLynk offers a solution for businesses by leveraging data willingly divulged from it’s retail clients and offering this data to businesses to help them understand their customers better. The end goal is to incorporate this data into the HiLynk business CRM/ERP tool suite providing real time analytics and insights on client behaviours.

The present-day social media works in silos. This means that it does not facilitate cross-platform posting. Thus, while managing posts on different social media, the user is compelled to switch from one application to the next and work separately. This takes time and effort and leads to a sub optimal experience.

HiLynk facilitates its clients with the access to social media management and community management. The platform boasts the ability for companies and users to create their own branded communities. Using it, one can run posts on several social media channels at once. It enables the users to send mass emails and manage email campaigns. It also provides the user access to client and client database. This saves time by facilitating one time syncing of the accounts and helps the user post to various social media channels with a single step. It also helps the user schedule posts and manage campaigns at different social media at the same time.

The current structure of the industry only utilise users information, without offering rewards or incentives for the information these users provide. Companies sell the user’s information and (at times) even mishandle it while there’s no policy proper policy, or safeguards in place to protect the owners of the data; the users. The profit gained from user information goes into the companies’ pocket while collected information is used for consumer research and data analytics.

HiLynk provides its users a reward system which incentivises users to control the distribution and allowance of access to their own information. By using HiLynk, users can control the level of shared data whenever they want. Incentives are given to the users based on their activities and market insights. The user will be also rewarded by downloading HiLynk and inviting their family, friends, acquaintance, and peers to HiLynk throughout social media platforms.

The HiLynk MVP includes integrated social media tools which facilitate cryptocurrency transactions by the linked social media applications; as convenient as an e-transfer. This ease is provided to the users with complete security in transactions. For those who are not blockchain savvy, understanding conversion, and transfers has never been so easy. Another essential feature that HiLynk provides is the elimination of third parties in transactions which makes them more comfortable and cost-friendly.
