Today I wanted to use a can of the Yoders Pork Chunks and see how it tasted. I decided to make some green chili with it using just the cans of food I have in my pantry. There are 2 reasons for this. First, I wanted to see if this canned pork was worth the money. Second, I wanted to cook something using just my SHTF food.
As you would expect, this Yoders pork is not as good as freshly cooked pork, but it wasn’t bad either. The green chili I made actually turned out just as good as chili I have made in the past.
