Do you really need to buy a house?

Around us, many people regard how many houses they own in the city as the standard to test whether a person is successful or not. For example, Zhang San has mixed well in recent years. several cities in the country have real estate, including Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan, and a villa in his hometown. It is true that if a person has bought real estate in these first-tier cities through his untiring efforts and hard work, then he is indeed more successful in his career and deserves everyone's respect.

However, there is a superficial phenomenon of comparison at present. some people see that other people buy houses in cities, but they lack certain economic strength and are not rigid in demand. only driven by vanity, they also follow the trend of lending to buy houses. the consequence of this is to make it more difficult for them to lead a life that they are not rich. There are not a few examples of this. I remember that most people in our village have already bought a house in the town through years of hard work. it is reasonable to say that their own days have finally settled down and they do not need to return to the countryside. however, when some people heard that someone in the same village actually bought a house in the city, he thought that I could not lag behind. others would look down on myself. therefore, they tried their best to find a way to move around and gather together, take part of the money and loan to buy a house in the city. after buying it, they left the house idle, except to pay it every month.

Some parents are also understandably afraid that their sons will not be able to marry their daughters-in-law because of the imbalance between men and women. they are prepared to create some advantages in advance and give their daughters-in-law a wedding room in the city. after all, there are more men than women and it is still difficult to marry a daughter-in-law without a certain economic advantage.

In fact, my personal attitude towards buying a house has always been to do what I can, because ordinary people do not have too much spare money. if they have the financial strength, they can of course purchase the real estate that they like in full. after all, in China, a house is a fixed asset. it can be rented or sold. generally speaking, it will not depreciate. however, if there is no certain economic ability and it is not necessary, I do not think it is necessary to gather together this lively place.
