Can anybody explain why only articles on Steemit are trending and nothing else has more than a $1.00 or so unless it's written by Steemi? Also, how did you get past all the "anti-spam" regulations to get you post to actually post? My frustration with Steemit is that it seem more like a private community than a decentralized platform.

Good question @rameseslabs ! The key issue here to take note off for you is that my article is in fact original work and therefore has nothing to do with copy-paste "regulations". The reason it became trending (my account is just 0 months old currently, I am a Steemian N00b myself as of yet) is because it got assessed / curated by influential people and the Utopian-IO bot for its perceived high-quality, and the rest is a snowball effect coming from that.
Quality -> leads to Attention -> leads to Rewards
