Antifa practicing violent censorship on the streets of Berkeley

So apparently Antifa are marching in the streets of Berkeley, CA, unopposed by the police, for the most part. They attack people they don't like - seemingly for whatever reason.

They are not killing people - either due to their seeming general incompetence in most matters, including violence, or, more likely, because inflicting injuries is not the end they are working towards but rather just the means to an end. Their most likely objective: instituting a regime of random censorship through intimidation. They want you to accept their right to dictate to you what you can or can not say, or wear. And they are Marxists, so a few mistaken attacks are OK, in their mindset: you can't make an omelette without breaking any eggs, right?

It's clear that Antifa is committed to stirring up violence at protests, creating a version of the thug's veto, especially in the absence of effective policing (the ACLU has archly criticized law enforcement's handling of the neo-Nazi rally in Charlottesville that left dozens injured and one dead). If every event has the potential to become violent, fewer people are likely to gather.

Over the last few weeks, there has been a national debate perpetuated on the idea that political violence only happens on the far-right end of the spectrum. That argument ends today.

The violent left-wing group known as antifa is currently descending upon the University of California, Berkeley campus, beating innocent civilians, assaulting police, and terrorizing reporters. The details are still coming in, as reporters on the ground recover from having their phones and cameras destroyed by the left-wing mob.

Some reports indicate that the antifa mob gathered as a result of a pro-Trump prayer day being held at Berkeley.

The below videos are just a small sampling of some of the horrific violence that antifa is currently committing against innocent civilians while police are told to stand down and retreat.
