Jacque Fresco died as a utopist

in sociocyberneering •  6 years ago

I liked Fresco, he had promising ideas and yet, he died and haven't achieved his dreams.

He imagined a ever evolving Sociocyberneering project called the venus project.

Jacque had great talks and everything, but he was kind of outsider to the world, I believe his ideas were beyond this age.

He wanted good stuff for humans and nobody listened, just like nobody listens to utopia creators.

He thought that somehow you can control all people, he thought there aren't bad people and, but when I look at my broken bed, or broken bike – I just can't imagine a highly advanced civilization where stuff doesn't break.

He was an utopist because he created a good place and a non-existent place.

Therefore his ideas are here to be valued, but idea without execution is just idea and that's it.

So if fresco couldn't change the world, this means nobody of simple people can. Just well as give up now.
