This state of the art machine uses ZERO electricity, talk about the savings! Can be run on wind, or solar. The only question I'm asking myself, is: "Why we didn't get one of these sooner?"

All kidding aside though, why the hell didn't we do this sooner. It's silly to waste all that electricity on a dryer, when the sun and wind can do it all for me. It's time to get back to the good old dark ages, it just makes sense!

Good joke! It got my attention.

Even though my house leaves a lot to be desired I do have a clothes line and I love it! It goes from the deck out to a big tree and lets things hang in the breeze and leaves a nice clean smell.

Not so useful in the winter so I save all the laundry until spring...ha!

HAHAHAA!! That's awesome, you must have a lot of clothes!!

Wow, that machine is incredible! Hahaha, you got me.

Oh yeah, you like her, she's a real beauty eh? AHHAAA I'm so glad I could make you laugh @shenanigator, with a name like that I guess this lulz is right up your alley :) :) :)

Maybe hard to believe, but the city nearest me actually banned hanging underwear in public view on clotheslines years back!

Oh my goodness!! Does the tyranny ever end in the US??????

Ha - you got me!

We do hang our laundry out on occasion, but not as often as we should. Still, I'm not too eager for the dark ages. Washing clothes by hand is another headache entirely!

Yeah, we can leave a lot of the dark ages in the past, but there are some beautiful skills and ideas we have lost, which many are bringing back. Growing our own food, preserving, saving seeds...trading, bartering, gifting, sewing...

Oh yeah, I'm on board with all that stuff!

I just want to keep my washing machine. Hand-wringing is no fun! I wouldn't mind powering it with a bank of solar panels, though!

Yeah, or how about the ones that run on a stationary bike? That seems right up your alley too!

Nah! We live in an isolated space so we wear the same clothes all winter and just add and remove layers as the weather dictates.

ha Ha ha

That is hilarious!! I like your sense of humor!

Kindred spirits meet again!

Hahaha
