I had some great, great experiences these past 3-4 days. Today, yesterday, and the previous day... each day I sat on the toilet and released something long (normal length), skinny, and solid!

On Wednesday, Day 32, I found that my blood pressure was 125/66, and my pulse was 61 bpm. This reading was taken in the evening during normal things like grocery shopping. This blood pressure is a bit off for me....is this from cleansing? Also, my fully-clothed weight was 122 lbs. Today, Day 36 of my Juice Feast, I am likely still 115 lbs or lower.

Some of my favorite juices this week were:

  1. The Punisher / Healer. About 2 orange honey dew melons with 2 medium-sized Hungarian peppers. There's quite a kick, but the sweet and refreshing hydration of the orange honey dews rendered the drink entirely satisfying :)
  2. Pears and cherries! (pictured below) soooo sweet, mild, and satisfying. Ok ya, I also added key limes because I just love them!
  3. Arugula, parsley, ginger, and lemon. About 3 small cucumbers to add more liquid.
