...but there's some people I wouldn't mind not seeing ever again.
I've got a childhood chum, Brooklyn bred just like me. By age ten, we were the same height and weight. He had a six-pack, I didn't. I'll always remember this terrifying third-degree burn he wore on his chest; it looked like it covered his whole torso.
We're exactly two months apart. Grown and twenty years later, we met again when I was ready to be a new father. Things changed for him. Well, some things changed some stayed the same. This time he was a career criminal. I didn't know this at the time.
His scar shrunk to the size of a bad skin graft. He was 6'1" 225 pounds. Long story short, he took me for a used 90's Acura Integra. It got paid off, but I wanted to ship the title out of the country once it was paid. He got the title. I never saw him again. Can't say whether I'll see him in heaven or not. Trying to get there myself. I'm just saying; there's some people I don't need to see ever again.
