"Ardor" (released in 1975) is the debut album of the American band, Ethos. The group founded in 1973 in Fort Wayne, recorded two studio albums plus a compilation called "Relics" from their Pre-Ethos stage. As for "Ardor" his debut album we find a music with insistent changes of rhythms and top quality compositional arrangements, his musical commitment is rich in sound details, along with the presence of two keyboards that cover all that simplicity and a good vocal performance . The album contains songs like "Intrepid Traveler", "Space Brothers" and "The Dimension Man" in the style of the early King Crimson works. Then we have tracks like “Long Dancer” or “E’Mocean” that are more in the vein of Genesis and Yes. Finally the most energetic and catchy song is “The Spirit Of The Music” ... Ethos is a nice band to listen to and worth knowing ...! =)
