Charlie Lee, @SatoshiLite on Twitter, announced a few hours ago in a post on Reddit the reasons why he decided to sell virtually all his litecoins. A major part of his decision was to allow him more freedom to focus his energy on making the highly popular cryptocurrency more successful, as illustrated by the rise in market capitalization of approximately $20B.
Usually it's never a good sign when a founder offloads all his equity from a business, which raises eyebrows for tingly investors and conspiracy theorists. We may never know the true intentions of this move but rest assured close scrutiny will be placed on his movements in the coming months.
