MANGO JELLY

Hello dear community. Today I want to share with you a delicious Venezuelan dessert that you will love. A delicacy made from mango pulp.
The mango is a delicious fruit.
It was introduced in America by the Portuguese and Spanish colonists in the 15th and 16th centuries.
I tell you that mango is a fruit rich in iodine, vitamin C and turpentine. Thai, Indian and our beautiful Venezuela uses this fruit in their favorite desserts.

It is prepared with green mangoes or in some cases that are pintones, but so that it is in its correct point it is preferable greens.
This delicious dish has a flavor between acid and sweet, is polished and its texture is thick, gelatin type, but homogeneous.

Each person gives a special touch, depending on their taste, some add vanilla, lemon, spice cloves ...

INGREDIENTS:

2Kilos of whole green mangoes.
Enough water
1Kilo sugar
Vanilla

PREPARATION

Peel the mangoes, place them in a pot with water until they are soft. Allow to cool and separate the pulp from the seeds.

Put the pulp together with the sugar in the pot, take it to the fire, stirring constantly until it boils (add the spices and vanilla to taste)
Pour the jelly into a rectangular bowl, allow to cool and refrigerate.
