I deeply believe in the power of sound to heal - but I am convinced that you CAN'T EXPERIENCE IT OVER THE INTERNET.
All of audio is a poor facsimile for sounds generated acoustically in the room, and therefore recorded sounds are as likely to harm as heal. Mostly recorded sounds generate mild pleasure mixed with cognitive dissonance. The best recordings can synchronize heartbeat and breathing on occasion - especially when there is a receptive crowd listening together.
People also synchronize with concert sound (PA systems) when listening to a familiar artist - but that produces a temporary flood of dopamine, after which the addiction returns.
Really healthy sound can cure what ails you in a single exposure. Had that happen lately? I thought not.
