SOUND FOR THE SOUL

A piece of music can make us feel a whole spectrum of emotions just from the voice. It can help us process our emotions and affect our mood, for me all music is spiritual.

The idea of this post is to share a video or piece of music that gives you the 'feels' and a few reasons why and how it connects to your journey. Hopefulyl we will all find great new music together and things we wouldn't have listened to without this blog. I will either share something I feel inspired to or choose one from the comments for the next post. It can be from any genre you like.

My choice for today is Tracy Chapman 'One Reason'. I feel everyone knows about this song but me! i only found it a few days ago and it has been on repeat since! I love finding an old/new song that i can connect to. For a start Tracy Chapman has the most increadible deep toneful raw voice that you can connect to, it reminds me of walking away from someone you felt didn't fight hard enough for your heart.

I hope to see some great new music shared for my playlist this weekend :) and hopefully shared music will get some upvotes ! <3

              My sister and I used to jam to that song. Sis has a low voice like Tracy, she enjoyed singing that alot. :D

                Wow this is so different thanks for sharing! Great to hear such different types of music. I'm from England and this really reminds me of Scotland !
