I recently made butternut soup and we liked it very much! It actually tasted like pumpkin soup.
Cut the butternut into pieces (after first removing the peel and the pits) and put in the pot.
Throw some pieces of celery and some carrots.
Plus a teaspoon of unrefined sea salt.
Fill up with water and let it boil till you find everything is fine to mix it
Then mix it.
Served with some parsley, some basil and/or with ghee butter.
