オックステールスープを作りました。オックステールスープはコラーゲンがたっぷり取れるスープです。このように5、6時間煮て、冷蔵庫に一晩入れておくと、脂とコラーゲンが層になるので、脂の部分だけそぎ取ります。そしてお水を足してさらに3、4時間煮込めば出来上がりです。わたしは臭み取りに生姜とニンニクを入れて煮ます。食べるときは、ケールやほうれん草、もやしなど好きなお野菜を入れてさらに煮込んで、出来上がりです。味はお塩やお醤油などで味付けします。キムチも合います(^-^)簡単で体に良いスープです。オックステールは関節にも良いと言われています(^^)デトックスにも良いですよ〜
I made Oxtail Soup. Oxtail soup is a soup with plenty of collagen. Boil it for 5 or 6 hours like this, put it in the refrigerator overnight, because fat and collagen will become a layer, so remove only the fat portion. And add water and simmer for a further 3 or 4 hours is finished. I cook ginger and garlic for smell removal. When eating, put your favorite vegetables such as kale, spinach, bean sprouts, and then boil it further, it is finished. Season with taste such as salt and soy sauce.
Kimchi also goes well (^ - ^) It is easy and good soup for your body. Oxtail is said to be good for joints (^ ^) It is also good for detox ~
