There is such a saying in the world: "What you sow, you will reap."
There are some comments on this:

1. Where to sow?
   It is clear that every person has such a "fertile" soil since birth. birth itself provides potential.
   The issue of fertile soil. In principle, it has nothing to do with a person, therefore it is not necessary to consider this issue.
2. Who sows?
   There is already so to say "food for thought" because we do not really know ourselves, and therefore we can be anyone. We control this process and we are responsible for ourselves, if not at all 100, at least 50%.
   Accordingly, we can say more precisely known phrase. Not "what you sow," but "who sows."
