Yes, it is a Spartan-like project to help active Steemians reach much better results with the help of our staff and me. Through out the week participants started to show elevated levels of inclusion and even receive some rewards from their activity.
#300project is split in 3 phases.
100, 200 and 300 SP phase.
What is a project about?
Aside from having a rewarding trail, a compulsory double -comment rule and quality control, there is also a need to induce all the people in our team who are willing to work with the practical things and also some financial help.
Aside from an obviously harsh anti-abuse rules (graphical representation of the same below) , the members receive full help in all matters, on and off steem.
From the previous Monday, I disallowed new full membership to Steemrepair for anyone under 100 SP, until I upgrade my existing SteemRepair members. At the same day, I started a project to help all my members who are under 100 SP, to reach it faster.
This includes me because till now I was investing all my earnings to others, so it is time to go to another kind of a battle and make myself a decent Steemian.
That is the first phase.
The second phase includes elevating all members above 200 SP, and the last one is above 300 SP. That is my plan. After we all reach that SP, everything is going to be easier and we will be able to substantially help other fresh prospective Steemians by including them in our upgraded group.
How we are doing this?
Me and @monajam are making a list of tasks, commenting and contest opportunities, additional crypto related earnings for the members of a group under 100 SP.
That group is called #SP-DISTRIBUTION.
Members who are active and who try, write and work, receive help from me and her equally and plus I started to accumulate funds to distribute part of my earnings and buy SP to these members.
The distribution goes mainly from my posts marked by #sp-distribution tag.
The starter date for SP distribution and results is this Monday, 28. May.

I can help only a little, but sometimes that's enough for somebody who is out of energy and disheartened. WE have some new things installed as well, I believe they will also contribute to our group. I will try to stay alerted and on top of the things as much as humanly possible.

There is no point if we don't invest up to the maximum, I am counting to make this thing on Steemit a monthly salary for us. With so much invested time anything lower would be an ungrateful attempt.
