RocketNews: Up and down with SpaceX's Falcon Heavy, RocketLab and more

in space •  7 years ago  (edited)

Hey there,

About me

about 2 weeks ago I really got into rocketry and stuff.
Space & co always fascinated me, but until now it's always been just a basic mainstream interested.
But as said, since two weeks I'm f* hyped for everything which has to do with rocketry.

So just a warning beforehand:
I'm not very well informed. I'm just interested, know a bit and hope to know more as time goes on, but don't sue me if I'm wrong here and there. But feel welcome to correct me or add additional infos down in the comments!
Furthermore, I'm German (as my name reveals :) ) and my English is not that good, but I hope it's enough.

Falcon Heavy

So, that were some ups and downs with the FH static fire. Still not happened, current NET 22:30 UTC on Monday, right now happening a WDR.
Not going to track WDR, because it's 2:00 am over here, time to sleep!
I'm going to update myself tomorrow morning.
Let's hope that SF time is still valid then :)

Rocket Lab: Electron "Still Testing"

Rocket Lab wants to do a test start today, 14:30 NZDT - 1:30 UTC after getting interrupted by a ship in the closure zone yesterday. I'm crossing my fingers, but won't watch this neither, cause bedtime. Going to check their results tomorrow morning, too.
For updates, check https://www.rocketlabusa.com and

Finally going to bed now, good night and read you tomorrow.
Stay assembled!
