As a child I loved space, mostly the Sun and Saturn. Now there's so many things in space that excites me. Right now I'm hearing a lot about space colony. One of the big problems will be obtaining the resources. If we can get water and fuel from space to be used in space, this would help greatly. This is where Asteroids can play a big role.

An asteroid are left over materials from the solar system or debris from planets, that crashed violently together. Most of them in our solar system, have been captured by Jupiter's massive gravitational pull - known as the main belt. Asteroids are worth a lot of money, with plenty of resources. We know what asteroid are made from, by looking here on earth using telescopes and spectrometers. There's already a list of potential targets from the Asterank database.

I personally think the whole idea is truly amazing. If I could invest, I would definitely for so many reasons. For a start it would solve countless of resource problems. If we learn to mine asteroids, it's only a matter of time before we control them. This could lead to moving one, that could fall into our planet. The more profit to be made from space, the more space technology will advance. Which I would love to see.
