I do not know if anyone here loves this dish. 🍝

Material:
• 200 g of ground beef / pork.
• 450 spices
• ½ bottle of Golden Farm tomato sauce 370g
• 2 Onions (minced)
• 4 to 5 tomatoes (pomegranate)
• 1 bottle of Cholimex
• Parmesan cheese
• Celery
• Street
• Grain seeds
• Pepper
• Salt
• Cooking oil
Step 1: Prepare meatballs
Place the pork / beef in a large bowl. Then peel, minced ½ onion with ¼ spoon of black pepper, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of seasoning seeds, ¼ teaspoon of salt.
Add ½ teaspoon of oil and mix well. After the meat is absorbed, the meat into small pieces to eat and put into separate plates.
Step 2: Prepare the pasta
Boil about 1 liter of water with 1 teaspoon of salt (seasoning) and 1 teaspoon of cooking oil (help noodles stick to the pot).
Wait until the water comes to a boil, put the pasta in the pot, shake the pan so that the noodles do not stick to the bottom of the pot. Wait for about 6 -7 minutes (depending on the type of noodles) water. Then add a little salt and pepper to mourn, a little oil to noodles do not dry and stick together.
Step 3: Meatballs
Heat the pan and add 2 teaspoons of cooking oil. Wait for hot oil to put meatballs, fried until golden meat.
Step 4: Prepare the sauce
Heat the saucepan, add 2 teaspoons of cooking oil. Wait for the oil to heat the remaining onion and finely chopped onion and diced tomatoes. The island is about 3 minutes, then let tomato ketchup (with 2 people eat usually ½ bottle).
Then add ½ cup of Cholimex to make sweetness. Add 1 teaspoon of salt water, 2 tablespoons of sugar and stir well until the sauce is boiling.
Then, place the meatballs in the saucepan, mix lightly to simmer for meat without crushing the meat. Cover the pot and reduce the heat, wait until the meat is crushed.
Finally, mince celery on, then turn the kitchen off.
Step 5: When serving, put the noodles on the plate, chan sauce and beef pellets. Can sprinkle more cheese powder.IMG_0760.JPG
