Hi @cryptoctopus, I have read your article. Since I am new here, this type of article help me to realize that this kind of issue do exist. Well, it is kind of annoying when you really want to engage in a conversation with your readers but have to read comments that are actually just spams. Thus, I am supporting your action against spammers.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Miscategorized content or spam
