Los terremotos son movimientos de grandes frecuencias causadas en las placas tectonicas , estas se provacan gracias al hundimiento de la placa oceanica, los paises donde son mas propensos a terremotos en nuestra latinoamerica son Peru , Chile y Mexico, en el continente asiático esta Japon quien a sufrido el terremotos mas grande de la historia en el año 2002, En Europa los países mas propensos a terremotos son Italia y España.

El mayor terremoto de Venezuela fue en la ciudad de Caracas en el año 1967 con una magnitud 6.5 a 6.7 dejando 235 muertos , los estados mas propensos a terremotos en Venezuela por presentar fallas geoligicas activas son Tachira, Lara , Trujillo,Yaracuy, Carabobo, MIranda,D.Capital,,Sucre y Nueva Esparta.

Cabe destacar y da miedo decirlo Venezuela a pesar de ser un país sismicamente activo no esta preparado, para algún terremoto bien sea de mediana magnitud mucho menos si es a gran escala Dios nos agarre confesados.

Los terremotos han separado continentes desplazado placas tectonicas se dice que debido al calentamiento global estamos a las puertas de una castatrofe natural , pero solo Dios tiene la ultima palabra y el es quien decide todo.
