Es normal que las cachorras de 3 meses boten flujo?

estoy cuidando una cachorra pitbull desde hace 2 meses, no sé si esto es normal o debería preocuparme.
aunque estoy buscando información no encuentro mucho.

Si pudiera ayudarme se lo agradecería.
