Hello fcalabuig. The arepa is the bread of Venezuelans. Of course we also eat bread. They are made from ground corn and accompany any meal, from breakfast, to lunch and ending at dinner. Besides being very nutritious, it can be filled with an infinite number of foods. I leave this image for you to have an idea, and commas when you can come to Venezuela. Greetings.

    I've haven't tried to fill the arepa, but with chicken and spicy sauce could be awesome!
