Cuando camino por la calle
el sol impecable me acompaña
las sombras se esconden
gente sube y baja
pasa por mi lado
conozco algunas
me saludan
otras van llenas de indiferencia.
Son pocas las sonrisas
que observo en los rostros que pasan
más bien las caras preocupadas
apuran su andar
buscando,
la mayoría alimento
otros un poco de agua
todos pensando que no se vaya luz
todos pensando
en que el dinero no alcanza.
No alcanza porque todo sube
las vidrieras llenas
¡si llenas de precios incomprables!
las bolsas casi vacías
la mente pensando
¿qué comprar?
¿cómo estirar un salario escaso?
que solo alcanza para comer
no todo, no todo
solo lo necesario.
El sol se apoya en tus hombros
hacen tu andar más pesado
caminas rápido
apuras el paso
no se puede comprar nada mas
ocultas tu bolsa
que no se vea lo que llevas adentro
un motorizado malandro
te la puede arrancar,
¡ojo! lo aclaro
no todos son malos.
Buscas alternativas
ya llegaran
no estás solo
así te sientas lleno de soledad
el sol te acompaña
el universo te observa
¡llénate de fe!
ten paciencia
no desfallezcas.
Dibujas una sonrisa
duele un poco
debes disimular con tu alma
engañar a tu mente
decirle
¡estoy bien!
¡todo está bien!
para no enfermar
para no decaer
nunca desfallecer.
El sol apura el paso contigo
Si tus suelas se desgatan
Debes tu mente activar
comienza a regalar sonrisas
empiezas a dar gracias
por lo poco
por lo mucho
por lo simple y lo hermoso
sigue adelante
¡estas vivo!
que no te pesen más lo pies al caminar
El ejercicio es bueno.

no dejes la gimnasia cerebral a un lado
ejercita tu mente
alimenta tu alma
nunca dejes de dar gracias
al cosmos, al universo, a Dios.

Estas hecho de polvo de estrellas
Eres parte del cosmos
Así, que no dejes de visualizar tus sueños
vívelos,
debes verte hoy
lleno de abundancia, amor, dinero
con un mejor trabajo, ¡con inmensa salud!

When I walk down the street
the impeccable sun accompanies me
the shadows are hidden
people go up and down
pass by my side
I know some
they greet me
others are full of indifference.
Smiles are few
that I see in the faces that pass
rather worried faces
hurry up your walk
