Hoy para cenar he preparado una morcilla de Burgos, este tipo de morcilla se elabora con sangre de verso y arroz y es típica de la provincia de Burgos.
A mi particularmente me encanta y hoy la he preparado de manera muy sencilla, la corto en rodajas y la meto en el micro 3-4 min y listo.
También puede freírse o usarse como comoango en los cocidos.
