Ser conscientes de lo que se ha hecho hasta el momento y de lo que hay que cambiar. No se puede mejorar sin haber reconocido y analizado los errores que se han estado cometiendo. Es la única manera de no volver a repetirlos.

Olvidar el "tengo que" e integrar los nuevos hábitos desde el "quiero". No es una obligación, sino una decisión que nace de las ganas de mejorar la calidad de vida y por tanto, de ser más feliz. Por dentro y por fuera.

Hacer un listado con todos los beneficios que aportaría el cambio y otro con las consecuencias negativas de no hacerlo.

Analizar el entorno. El contexto siempre influye, para bien o para mal en las decisiones que uno toma. Algunos estudios, incluso han demostrado que, por ejemplo, estar con personas que poseen malos hábitos incita a tenerlos.

Crear un plan de acción definitivo, ya sea solo o con la ayuda de un profesional. Tanto en el ámbito de la nutrición como en el deportivo, muchas veces el error simplemente está en la falta de organización. Por eso, llevar una buena dieta junto a un control de la actividad física es vital para que todo empiece a funcionar.

Celebrar los éxitos conseguidos y repetir lo que esté funcionando. No hay nada mejor que terminar la semana con la sensación de haber realizado un buen trabajo. Es entonces cuando toca darse algún capricho y disfrutar de los resultados.
