Saludos compañeros de Steemit hoy quiero compartir la preparación de un postre fresco que podemos realizar en casa sencillamente, usando las frutas que tengamos disponibles, se trata de un smoothie, es un helado casero cremoso a base de lácteos, vegetales o frutas. Puedes ser tan creativo como quieras y consentir tus gustos particulares, siempre será un buen momento para endulzar el gusto y por ello te presento el paso a paso de la elaboración.
Utilicé los víveres que tenía disponibles en casa pero también se puede sustituir el yogurt por leche condensada, es un postre más saludable y aporta una gran cantidad de proteínas. Podemos utilizar la fruta de nuestra preferencia, quedaría delicioso con mango, guanábana o cambur.
Ingredientes: 
Fresas.
Yogurt.
Preparación: 
Lavar las fresas, pelar, cortarlas en trozos pequeños y congelar. Lo ideal es tener reservas de congelados para preparar nuestro smoothie cuando queramos.
Licuar los trozos de fruta congelada con el lácteo, debemos tener paciencia para que no queden grumos.
Listo! Solo queda servir y disfrutar, como pueden ver es sencillo y delicioso.
