Para usarla, debemos introducir en la casilla superior una cantidad en Bolívar Fuerte, mostrándose en la inferior su equivalente en Bolívar Soberano de manera automática. Por ejemplo, escribí la cantidad de 1.000 Bolívares Fuertes y la calculadora estableció que equivaldría a 0.01 Bolívares Soberanos.
